Question by c(^-v-*)o: What do you think of this AP article titled “A productive Congress gets no respect”?
It almost seems like the author of this article is trying to imply that THIS congress has passed programs that are equivalent to Medicare, Medicaid and Civil Rights legislation. It’s starts out comparing them on a legislative basis, then slowly moves into a broader comparison that implies all those people who don’t like this health care “reform” bill etc. are the same people that hated Civil Rights legislation, Medicare and Medicaid in the 1960s.
